I effortlessly glide through the water as if I was 20,000 feet up in the air. A lone curious seal comes to check me out. Ever so interested in what I may be. In my full suit and fins I probably look like a distant relative to the seal. We connect, and that moment is gone as it swims briskly away.

Editing underwater photos can be a pain. As soon as you are beneath the surface you immediately start losing parts of the light spectrum. This is why an underwater strobe is so critical to dive photography. It brings back those lost details and vibrant colors of the sea.

The feeling of freedom that diving offers, quickly becomes restricting with a fogged up mask. On my days dipping into the cold waters of the Pacific, I am thankful to no have that issue. My mask is the gateway to discovery and it is important that I can rely on it to not fail.
